Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your patronage. We are sorry that you were not  satisfied with your purchase. Refunds and returns are as follows: 

• Returns must be within 14 days of your purchase and you will be issued a store credit or an item or items of equal or lesser value.
• Refunds will only be issued if the fault of the return is due to an issue from the company.
• The items must be in the same condition as they were when received.
• Reason for return (example damaged, wrong size or product)
• The patron is responsible for the expense of the return unless return is by fault of the company.
• Patrons will be notified when the products are received back at the company and further refund or store issue will be credited.
• Please include contact details and the best point of contact for the delivery of return status and/or refund.
